Art Show and Sale
Visit Victor, Colorado,
for Labor Day Weekend

and enjoy three days of art, events,
music, shopping and food during
“Victor Celebrates the Arts.”
Pure mountain air and glorious early fall colors can make a trip to our art show an absolute pleasure.  As President Teddy Roosevelt said during a trip to Victor, “...the scenery bankrupts the English language.”  Come and you'll be captivated as well.
Victor Celebrates the Arts is a
not-for-profit organization.  Our mission statement is “to promote art, culture, education, and business development locally.”
  • View hundreds of original paintings by professional artists produced on location “en plein air” during the week of Aug. 22-28, 2008.
  • Watch national, regional and local artists at work while creating their own depictions of Victor’s historic ambiance, the 1890s gold mining district and the stunning mountain vistas.
  • Plan to attend our Labor Day weekend judged art show and sale, which begins Aug. 30-Sept. 1, 2008.
  • Artists are encouraged during this time to participate in timed events such as The Brush Rush and The Quick Draw.
