“If we, citizens, do not support our artists, then we sacrifice our imagination on the altar of crude reality and we end up believing in nothing and having worthless dreams.” - Yann Martel

You can make a difference!

Help support Victor Celebrates the Arts.  VCTA is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization created in 1999 to promote the arts including youth scholarship support.  We will be celebrating our 17th annual art show event.  VCTA is carefully managed by a select group of citizen volunteers and broad based community support, including many wonderful sponsors, generous donors, art purchase patrons and, of course, dozens of gifted artists.
