Registered artists will check in on the porch of Victor Elks Lodge before 9:00 AM where the designated location will be revealed.
Canvases must be stamped to be included in the event
Maximum canvas dimension 14” x 18”—no framing is permitted
One painting per artist
The public is welcome to view artists as they paint on site.
Completed artwork must be submitted at the gallery by 12:30 PM to be included in the judging and will be available for sale after judging.

Registered artists will check in with the Event Coordinator at Wallace Park. Live models, props, and historic Victor scenery will be on display for subject matter. Everyone is welcome to view the artists as they paint and participate in judging at noon.
Only unframed paintings will be included in the judging.
