VICTOR CELEBRATES THE ARTS
2020 VCTA SHOW AND SALE UPDATE: PLEASE TAKE OUR planning SURVEY!!!
Our goal has been to make it possible for all of our artists, patrons, volunteers, and committee members to experience VCTA again this year. That said, we have made the difficult, but necessary decision, to cancel the "normal version" of our 2020 VCTA Show and Sale in order to do our part to help mitigate the spread of the COVID-19 virus.
We are currently considering alternative events and offerings to continue supporting our artists and celebrating art and the beauty of the World’s Greatest Gold Camp in Victor, CO. To help guide us in how best to celebrate the arts this year safely and in the spirit of our previous VCTA events, we are asking for your feedback and suggestions via our 2020 Planning Survey, which can be accessed here:

The survey response deadline is 11:59 PM, Sunday, June 7, 2020. We will announce our plans as quickly as possible afterward. Thank you for your continued support and contribution to the success of our annual VCTA events!

Come to historic Victor, CO and help us celebrate VCTA’s 21st anniversary as "Plein Air" artists from around the country gather to paint on location in our historic town. Victor Celebrates The Arts is a judged show and will be celebrating our 21st year. Judging is done by an established and respected professional artist. Professional and Non-Professional artists participate in painting various scenes within rustic Victor and many legendary 1890’s gold mining sites nearby. Our show captures national attention. We invite you to join us as a participating artist as well as the public at large for this exciting and unique event. We expect dozens of artists to participate, with more than 20 awards to be presented with total cash prizes of over $4,000.00. Victor, Colorado
This historic town of 400 residents is an unpolished gem of 1890's gold mining history. Victor is located on the sunny side of Pike's Peak with great southern exposure, one hour west of Colorado Springs and 5-miles from Cripple Creek. Victor has panoramic views of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains, blue skies, fresh mountain air, alpine wild flowers, evergreens and aspens, all at an elevation of nearly 10,000 feet. The natural beauty is breathtaking and an inspiration for the artist and all visitors alike.
Victor was recently celebrated on Denver's Channel 7 !! Check it out here:
